OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR e-textile.com

SAMPLES:

• Samples delivered within 6 or 12 working days from EU and 12-15 days from Asia
• Due to certain production constraints, not all design options are available – example: pantone colours and tipped ribbing on collars, cuffs and hems.

PRODUCTION:

• Multiples: On orders from 25 – 245 pieces, we will require multiples of 5 pieces per size. On orders above 250 pieces, we will require multiples of 10 pieces per size.
• EU production will accept on the same order, a mix of male, female, boy and girl sizes.
• Asia production is based on 1 size group per order (male, female or children).
• Due to standard industry-wide production constraints, we can only guarantee delivery of plus or minus 5% by style on final order.
• Tipped ribs for cuffs, hems and collars are possible but do require a minimum of 250 pieces from EU per colourway.
• Pantone colours from EU & Asia are possible but minimums will vary, depending on design and number of colours used. Leadtimes will only be confirmed after approval of the labdip and orders will incur a surcharge of 5% on our standard pricing. Due to space limitations, we are unable to hold any pantone colours in stock.
• Pantone colours for Outdoor fleece & Softshell are possible - a surcharge, minimums & leadtime will be confirmed on receipt of enquiry.
• For pricing purposes within EU production only, we will accept various colourways of one style within 1 order as long as the quantity per size is a minimum of 5 pieces and the total quantity on each colourway is a minimum of 100 pieces.(male & female only) A surcharge of 5% will apply.
• All prices given on the catalogue and website include transport for central EU countries. Please contact our office for prices on other countries.

LEAD TIMES:

• From EU without decoration: 5 weeks* delivered within EU.
• From Asia without decoration: 12-14 weeks* delivered within EU (depending on style and code)

* subject to weekly order cut-off times.

FIT AND DESIGN:

• All styles are offered in either “Classic” and/or “Fitted” sizes, except where noted, i.e. children’s sizes, rugby, outdoor fleece and softshell. Please go online to www.e-textile.com/sizes for more detailed information.
• Oversizes available with a surcharge of 35% on sizes 3XL & 4XL; and 50% on 5XL and 6XL. 
• Garments with customer’s size specs can be offered but will incur a surcharge for development work. Please contact our office for further information.
• Certain design options can be offered in more than one fabric type.
• Alterations or decoration may be possible on styles shown but will always be subject to confirmation of price and lead time.

PACKAGING:

• All garments will have standard packaging.
• Standard carton dimensions are 60 x 40 x 30cm, carton dimensions & quantities may vary depending on style and fabric.
